Has anyone considered that the FDA may not have had anything against CS particularly, but instead, were trying to get this particular CS product off the shelf because: 1.) it may be contaminated with something that might cause "skin conditions" (something other than the CS itself), 2.) it may be one of the bunk forms of silver, not the ionic form?
The fact that the FDA only raided this one town on this one particular CS product doesn't really bother me that much. We need more info, though. Also, have you guys thought about the reality of supplements being removed from the market and available by prescription only? I hardley see that ever becoming reality. There are too many companies involved and too much litigation for anything so grand to ever happen. The FDA, etc, would literally have to prove that 100's of supplements are dangerous or do nothing. There's no possiblity they can ever prove that. The courts, juries and judges will never let something like this happen if so many people use these products and are helped by them. I really doubt it very much. -Ken Bagwell >Does anyone know if it's possible to get the FDA to >show copies of their >so called studies showing CS caused skin conditions? >It might be just a >big snow job. >Dennis > >Jim Holmes wrote: > > Trem wrote: > >> Hi Jim, >> >> I spoke with the Doctor again.
