Your interposed comments indicate that you think that I wrote the
contents of the posts, which is not the case. I merely included
pertinent sections from the websites.
Actually, my own view is that I wouldn't worry about short term high
dose intake of A.
I'm always more careful of long term supplementation of anything, with
special regard to any of the metals.
I'm a big believer of the benefits of C and E in large dosage. I
personally take 16 grams of C daily.
