Yes, of course you are right Nenah. I was talking about fresh milk that will sour and ferment into beneficial yogurt or kefir. Someone was talking about keeping kefir in fridge for weeks and it was still good to eat. There is fundamental diffrence between store bought, pasteurized and homogenized milk which putrefies and raw, unadulterated milk which ferments into healthful products.
