I started juicing again and eating healthy. Well guess what I got a
infection in my chest. Someone told me that when the body is detoxing you
can get sick. Has anyone heard of this before? Also how much of my CS
should I start taking now?

You need to give more info on situation before someone could responsibly
advice on details for proper course of treatment. Type and duration of
cough
infection, fever etc etc? Do not wait and let this get any worse, please.
Even though honey is in itself warming and astringent, some types more than
others, too liberal use of it in these situations can also compromise the
immune system in such a situation due to the way simple sugars can

immediate diagnosis and treatment through ayurvedic herbal medicine. Please
