Get a countertop convection oven, or a toaster oven with a convection fan option. After you've used a convection oven you'll never want to taste microwaved food again. They make hamburgers so good that we don't bother cooking them over charcoal anymore, and I was a diehard about that.
We have moved our microwave out of the kitchen into the garage. It is almost never used. I just can't take an axe to it yet because it's a big expensive one, but it's not even plugged in. I'm keeping it just because it could be handy in an emergency. Once you stop eating m'waved food you won't go back. Once you've educated yourself on what it does to food and plastics you'll stop using it if it hasn't turned your brain to mush already.
