will try switching the polarity every 15 mins,, not a problem,, but how  long 
do you normally brew for, my directions read 45 mins,, yet have heard  of  
hours,, and once left on all nite, as i had forgotton about, and wound  up with 
a dark iced tea look, which i discarded.. thanks, geo.
