I'll say it does. I added a 1/2 teaspoon to a gallon and it was like adding milk to it. I waited several days but it never recovered and cleared so I discarded it. What would the white particles be? Initially I thought it was just small bubbles that would clear but that was not the case. Is CS considered unstable for a period of time after being made? I use 107 volts DC current, no stirring - make 10 gallons at a time in pickle jars and run the batch for four hours. It's good clear CS but often a little yellow. The tyndal is quite obvious and remains so.

First, wait for a few days.
H2O2 in unstable CS does some very strange things.
Then, as little as say, 6-12 drops per gallon generally does the job within another day or so..
 The more, the faster.
