I looked at the "source" for the blacklist page in 1.8b8 and it doesn't appear to use either POST or GET! The FORM tag stands alone, with no ACTION specified. Is the default form ACTION a POST? Can Stalker do whatever they want because it is their own web server doing the transaction?
