My local blacklist currently has 289 lines and doesn't miss a beat. What
version of SIMS are you using, and are you using the web admin interface?
IIRC, older versions of SIMS had a problem with sending too much data in a
GET form submission for things like the router and the blacklist. It was
fixed (changed to POST, if memory serves), probably in one of the 1.8
betas.
