I'm sorry I didn't mention that these are 2 different machines with public addresses. I guess I haven't figured out the part about having SIMS forward mail. Could you be more specific?Assuming that the addresses in question are:

Create a router entries as follows on the SIMS box:
<mapaccount> = [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This forwards the SIMS local address "mapaccount" to the AMS box. The AMS box must be willing to accept relays from your SIMS box.
This may not be what you want to do at all, but you have not provided any sample account names for me to go on. Generally the more detail the better.
What I do when posting questions like this is use real account names and IPs unless they would compromise someone's security or privacy, in which case I substitute things such as "mycustomer" for an account name.
