YES

 Is there an AMS log that you can look at?

It doesn't seem to be getting to AMS. It is sitting in my Queue on the SIMS server.

Is the AMS server doing some boneheaded thing like rejected mail from servers where the forward and reverse DNS entries don't match? (Yours do not, but that should not be a problem for a well behaved server).
