Hi Eric,

Maybe not cost effective for you, but the latest release of
CommuniGate Pro supports the 'lawful interecept' which allows
you to have a copy of all in and out bound emails copied (it
does not prevent delivery of the original email) be sent to a
specified account.

To do something like this with SIMS, I am not sure how you
would do it.
