1.8b8 vs 1.8b9d14?

I want to start using multiple blacklist servers, and according to the 
version history, I need at least 1.8b8 to do that (I'm currently using 
1.8b7). On the FTP site, I also notice a version 1.8b9d14, what is the 
difference, besides the version number! :-)

Finally, once I get the newer SIMS running, could someone recommend 3 
or 4 good RBLs (or more if you recommend it) that I should use? Thanks. 
It looks like most of my spam is coming from cable and DSL broadband 
customers whom unwittingly are allowing their machines to be used as 
relays. Will these RBLs put a stop to these kinds of sources of spam? 
Also, I have a few router entries to fight some spam, and quite a few 
IPs and IP ranges in the SMTP blacklist, should I, can I leave these as 
is after adding the RBL servers? Thanks.
