Hello All I have plenty of employees in the field traveling around the world sending mail through our server using local dial up accounts. In the SMTP "Service Settings" Box under Retrieve options last item that says "For" and you can select a time interval "Authenticated IP are treated as clients one's". I have it set for 30 seconds. Once you successful log in to your POP account you IP address will be local to the server for 30 seconds. The procedure employee in the field follow for outlook is: Type there message then hit Send Receive that makes them local to the server for 30 seconds then hit send on the message and then hit Send Receive again to send it. If your ISP blocks the SMTP protocol or you have a firewall that blocks it you are out of business. -- Zachary Cosentino [EMAIL PROTECTED] Anvik Corporation 6 Skyline Drive Hawthorne, NY 10532 Tel: 914-345-2442 Fax: 914-345-2452 www.anvik.com ############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
