Hi Sarju...
I havent seen such an example but I think "409" is a better choice than other
response codes..
But we should consider the behaviour of other UAs as well, in case they receive
409 for any SIP Request.
The issue here can be if the UA initiaites Call Release on receiving 409..
What do others suggest??

Can i send 409 in this case? I do not expect INFO during call establishment
phase and hence 409.
