The "Alarm Types" section under advanced display all of the
Alarms defined in:
http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/15484/sipXalarms-config.xm

I don't know if we want to display all of these alarms as this
could eventually become quite a large list. I'll let Carolyn make the
call on this one. I don't think if adds anything to have a list of all
possible alarms on the system. This is something we should have in the
documentation.
