Looks good a couple questions/comments:
1. Why would enable log be shown as normal and not advanced? If someone
disables this do alarms "stop" working?
I think that "enable log" just writes in sipXalarms.log file. I will
move it in advanced section.
2. Not sure that SNMP traps are part of the alarm framework yet. If not
those fields should be removed until they are.
ok, I will remove it (for now).
3. Don't think this is "server" code to warrant calling it such. I would
call it just Alarms in the menu.

4. The table under advanced would be good if it can be sorted by click
on header.
In this table I just display alarm types - another page or tab will
display alarms that have occurred.
