- I would think the Alarm config would fit better under System, or even
Diagnostics, rather than Features. Are there guidelines somewhere to
help select a home?

- How will the Language box be populated? (how do you know what
languages to offer?) I'm not sure if the language for alarms should be
tied into the language chosen on the Localization page, or however we
put the config pages themselves into a different language, or a separate
choice. Currently we have no translations for alarms and I don't think
we have a plan for getting them translated (although the bones are in
place to pick up and use a translated file if it was there in the proper
place).

- I don't know that we need to allow logs to be disabled, but as it's
configurable I don't really mind.

- should "Contacts" instead be "E-mail address(es)"? There is a default
email address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), and emails should be enabled by
default.

- SNMP Trap section should not be present (yet).

- On the Advanced screen, there could be a check-box against each alarm
for Enable Email (I don't think we should expose the Enable Log). The
description shown in the Alarm types table is actually the internal
alarm id (not meant to be visible to customers at all). Are you
intending to display instead the description from the "strings" file(s)
(installed in /share/sipxecs/alarms)? In this case the
"Recommendations" field should also be displayed. Unlike Al, I don't
think we need to sort this table by anything other than Alarm code (when
we get to displaying alarms which have been generated, then we probably
want to be able to click on headers to sort. That screen would
definitely belong under Diagnostics).
