What is the naming convention for proprietary headers, parameters, etc.? I though we were starting them with "X-sipX-", but some recent creations start "sipXecs-"? Using an "X-" prefix would be more conformant to Internet conventions, but in any case, we should make them all consistent. (And since they are all set by #defines, it is easy enough to revise them.)
