So if admins go through the trouble of configuring IM ID, they can click this checkbox as well (although as I said before admins manage such settings on a group level so by the time they are configuring custom IM ID it's probably already checked). Just to make this clear: let's go through the steps of provisioning IM in sipXconfig. 1. enable Instant Messaging role - in Server/Services 2. create a group(s) with users that should have IM account (admin can skip it if there are already relevant groups defined) 3. enable "IM Account" on a group level 4. send information to the users with their IDs and passwords (if Bria is the client of choice this is not needed, Bria configs should be pushed instead) Do you agree that this would be a typical scenario. If not - what other steps are usually performed? I tend to think we need to help admins with step 4. It's only relevant if There should be an easy way to export IDs and passwords so that admin can send e-mails to users. Or maybe sipXconfig should be sending those e-mails.
