Since each phone seems to have its own system for setting those up it would have to be at least in part a phone plugin function, and providing the dialplan data to the plugin would be interestings... [ Everyone has to press 'send' on their cell phone to make a call - why is this such a big deal on SIP phones? 1/2 :-) ] Counter Point - It's not such a big deal. But, on their legacy telephone, they don't have to press send, so the reverse question could be asked - I don't have to press send on my old phone, why on this new phone with more capabilities..........
