I would assume there would be a sip.cfg setting for the phone that told it
where the MOH is. Or is this firmware ALSO allowing you to upload the audio
file to the phone and the phone is actually playing it? If not, and the sip.cfg
has to have an entry for this, have you logged into the phone to see what it
is? I'm not sure the current version of sipxconfig shows this.

useRFC2543hold (Default: checked) If checked, use the obsolete c=0.0.0.0
RFC2543 technique, otherwise, use SDP media direction attributes (such as
a=sendonly) per RFC 3264 when initiating hold. In either case, the phone
processes incoming hold signaling in either format.

I've just obtained the Soundpoint IP 3.1.0 firmware and upgraded two of
my phones by music on hold still does not seem to work. Both between
phones and phone to audio codes gateway.

I am using sipx 3.8.1. Will I need to upgrade to 3.10 for this to work,
or is it known to work with 3.8? (I'm planning to upgrade in the future,
but we are not ready yet so I'd like it to work with 3.8)
