I have been investigating this some more and I think I know what is going on. Of course I am most likely completely wrong. But here goes:
1. An Agent Signs In, or I sign them in on the admin page. 2. In the sipxpresence.log I get the following: "SipPresenceMonitor::getState contact sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:5130 state = open" So the Agent is now logged in as far as the ACD Presence service is concerned. 3. However, in the sipxacd.log I get the following: sipxacd:"LinePresenceMonitor::handleNotifyMessage presence processed, contact 'sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:5130' set to 'closed'" So according to the ACD Server the agent just logged out. I have run through this a few times, and sipxacd.log always shows a "closed" even if the agent logged in. So the question is, have I got this right?
