Hi all,

Ok, the ACD Server is now working as it should. The problem was a result
of some part of the ACD system being case sensitive with domain names.

When we originally setup the server we gave it the following name
SipXecs-1, note the uppercase S and X. The rest of the domain name was
lower case.

When we setup and configured SipXecs we used lower case. So Bind, Dhcp,
and the PBX config all had sipxecs-1. As a result several of the config
files under /etc/sipxpbx had a mixture of SipXecs-1 and sipxecs-1 in them.

We stopped the sipxpbx service and hunted down all the references to
SipXecs-1 in the config files and replaced them with sipxecs-1. The we
started up the PBX and this solved the problem.

Melcon, Scott, and Michael thanks for all your help. It is much
appreciated. Should I log this domain case sensitivity as a bug?

Thanks
Damian
