Tim,

I litterally had the same problem yesterday. Download 3.1.1RevB
Firmware from the polycom site. Extract all of the files into the
/var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot/ and make sure that
they are 644. Restart the phone - it will update it's firmware and
finish loading.
