Thanks Dave, but that doesn't fix it. Interesting that after doing this
however and moving  the working hours for today back an hour to test, I
heard two prompts playing, one overlapping the other. I was hoping one was
the after hours prompt, but I think it was the working hours prompt in both
cases. I also tried swapping the default and working hours attendants (i.e.
After hours for working hours and operator for default) and it still didn't
change anything. No matter what I change on the dialplan, it always uses the
operator attendant, even when it is not specified anywhere in the plan. So
it appears there are several things wrong with auto-attendant scheduling in
4.02 and I'll file a bug.

Is anyone else  using alternate attendants with schedules in 4.02
successfully? 

BTW..that issue you pointed me to is just an improvement request to swap the
meaning of the default and working time attendants as it seems opposite to
the way most people would think about scheduling. Its point was that the
"default" attendant should be for working hours and a schedule should be set
for a deviation after hours.
