On the 3rd power supply blowout, I installed the ground and still did not help. The whole rack that the MK1 installs to is grounded too. I power supply was connected to a UPS. Nothing helped. Everything on the rack never fired except the MK1. It is a manufacturing problem that they must have as we have exhausted all possibility. Even had an electrician test the lines and had the CO check to see if the PRI line was grounded.
