I have setup the call routing to first hit an auto attendant with a DTMF of 3 seconds at which point the caller is routed to my hunt group at ext. 501. My annoyance with this is that the caller will hear silence until someone answers the phone, which could be as little as another 3-5 seconds or as long as 1 minute at which point the user is routed into voicemail. Is there a better way to do this so that my caller isn't hearing silence? Some sort of a ring back tone or some such? Thanks, Jake Ballamis
