You could ring into a phantom user that has forwarding turned on to forward to 
the hunt group.

In SIP, the ringback tone is generated locally by the calling phone.
(Due to the SIP messages, it knows when it is waiting for a remote phone
to answer.)  So the critical question is what make/model/revision of
phone you are using, and whether it can be configured to provide the
ringback in this situation.
