I had my discussion with Verizon, and they are not able to offer me
anything that looks appealing in any way.
I think I'm only left with a few questions.
1) If I want to centralize as much as possible, what components are
required at a remote site to force the call traffic to go directly out
that sites connection, and not back through the central sipx server? I
know a sipxbridge instance would be required, but I'm unclear if calls
would still have to go through the central sipx server to get to and
from the PSTN.
2) Is there any way I can force calls to go out an FXO gateway if the
phones have lost communication to the central sipx server. I would
prefer them to be on the primary line on the polycom handset.

Thanks,
Matthew
