This is done using BLF to monitor the parking slot. To set it up, under 
the operator's speed dial settings add a speed dial for the park orbit 
number and check the subscribe to presence box. then click save and 
update phones. the operators will then be able to see the status of the 
park orbit and select the orbit to pick it up.
