Another option, the VoiceOperatorPanel can be put on the computer using
their lite version - $99.  It can display the presence information as well.
LOL.  I probably sound like a broken record here, I promise I don't work for
them or get a commission.  I'm just spelling out things that I have seen
work as solutions.

The Console can be tethered to that old 550, so she uses her phone for
calls, but has the console for click to dial, presence, and CRM integration
for screen pops.  Pretty cool application actually.

Oh well. I guess I'm upgrading this handset. Apparently they never made 
the sidecars for the 550s. I'm glad I finally had a reason to try out 
this feature. It is too cool.
