With the VoiceOperatorPanel PC console you can program the Park spaces into
the console and see when calls are in them.

Thanks. In this scenario, can the secretary see if "John" never picks up 
the call? I see where the caller can transfer out of the park, and where 
you can set timeout, but not where the secretary can monitor whether or 
not anyone has picked it up.
