This is my first dealings with an inbound sip trunk.

We setup a toll free dial-in number (which we'd like to setup for conference calling) thru voip.ms. When you dial the 866 number, it goes straight to the operator.

According to their website, they pass the whole number -- so I entered this number as an alias on my user account -- the call always goes to the operator. What am I missing?

not on the conference question (but I was looking at doing the same)

I am looking to use voip.ms and can't seem to get it do do what I want.
if using static registration, it doesn't seem to allow outbound calls unless I get an inbound. if using pass/account, it registers, but I get 404 not found when I try to make an outbound call.

What did you use? and did you set up a 'subaccount' to do it?
