I confirm that we see a similar transfer problem with sipxbridge. Our
version is 4.1.6-017914.

Acutally I can see what the problem is.

The cSeq number of the BYE is wrong. In the trace you posted it is

658568416

The INVITE is 1

The BYE must have a CSeq number of 2. Hence it is invalid and has been
rejected.

I opened an issue but I will close it as "External system error"
because I believe the iTSP is in error.
