Hi Ranga, I tried 4.1.6. I still don't see sipxbridge sending a CANCEL after a successful REFER. I have attached the log for your reference. After the REFER, I can see the ITSP sending a BYE and sipxbridge sending back a TRYING. But I don't see any CANCEL coming out of sipxbridge. Please let me know if you would like me to test / collect data differently. Just to refresh your mind, the test case is: Call comes from outside to user 5900. 5900 doesn't answer and the call drops to voicemail. Outside caller presses zero. Call transfers to user "Operator". Outside caller hangs up before Operator answers.
