Well, Ranga's basic assessment in XX-7662 is right, sipXbridge should be giving *some* response to the BYE, even if it is just to reject it.
But looking at the siptrace, the BYE looks legitimate to me. Do we have any sort of logging as to how sipXbridge processed that BYE? (BTW, that is why one should provide snapshots, not just traces -- the snapshot will contain log info.) One suspicious element is that the BYE is sent by the originating phone about 2 seconds after the user pressed "0" -- did the user really change his mind that quickly? It's possible that we're seeing the phone misbehave. I'm not seeing the originating phone apply User-Agent/Server headers, so I can't tell from siptrace what sort of phone it is. The rest of the call flow is what one would expect if sipXbridge ignored the BYE generated by the originating phone.
