Under Device, Gateway, your gateway, under ITSP options, click the checkbox for "register on initialization" box. It is no longer defaulted, and it should be.

Dial Plans > Long distance Added VOIPMS gateway before my AudioCodes gateway Server > Server roles > SIP Trunking enabled NAT: 216.8.158.237 (the external NAT address of my firewall) Public Port: 5060 (default) On the voip.ms portal, I disabled Advanced Settings > NAT Diagnostics > Internal SBC Statistics toronto.voip.ms AUTHENTICATING The voip.ms portal says nothing is registered. Did I miss something? Would a log file show the reason sipXecs is failing to register?
