On my sipXecs 4.2 system I did the following:
Internal SBC Route
sipxbridge-1 10.8.158.121
SIP settings all default
Gateway
SBC Route: sipXbridge-1
Address: toronto.voip.ms
(email from voip.ms said sip.ca2.voip.ms was deprecated
replaced by toronto.voip.ms)
Dial Plan: Long Distance
ITSP Account
User Name: xxxxxx
Password: xxxxxx
All other settings default.
Dial Plans > Long distance
Added VOIPMS gateway before my AudioCodes gateway
Server > Server roles > SIP Trunking enabled
NAT: 216.8.158.237 (the external NAT address of my firewall)
Public Port: 5060 (default)
On the voip.ms portal, I disabled Advanced Settings > NAT
Diagnostics > Internal SBC Statistics
toronto.voip.ms AUTHENTICATING
The voip.ms portal says nothing is registered.
Did I miss something?
Would a log file show the reason sipXecs is failing to register?
And if so. which one?
