Josh,

In this particular example, do you have multiple gateways that might have
the same IP address for this dial plan entry?  I know I told you to do that
before but I'm trying to recall a particular problem I had along these same
lines.  Grey matter is not cooperating though.

I may have had to setup different A records pointing back to the same IP
address and then use those when I created the gateways.
