Sorry for the delayed response.. I did not do anything manually in /tfptroot other than see what files were there (ls -al) and read the readme to see what version was there. I strictly used the web Sipconfigure 4.2 interface.
Tony, By not being able to duplicating this are you saying.. I should be able to have two entries listed on the Device files page with loaded zip files in each for Polycom phones with different versions of the firmware?
