What I forgot to mention is that Voicemail also doesn't kick in when calls come in via PSTN, sip trunk, or Skype gateway and don't get answered. In any case, I will try to have a look at the sipXproxy.log in debug mode as suggested, but only when I have time to get back to it. Thanks for the help so far.
