As long as t.38 is enable for fax bypass, it should negotiate t.38
with mod_spandsp in 4.3.2. PRI's are generally not an issue, properly
configured POTS gateways with the proper feature set are typically not
an issue either.

There is a place in unified messaging for 4.3.2 to put in a fax DID
number, alias or sip uri (for the primary sipdomain).

Siptrunks are another thing altogether though.
