Folks,

Since upgrading to 4.2.1 we have failed blind transfers for calls coming from the pstn and being transferred out to the pstn again.
the logs show this message:

Exception Info Unexpected error creating INVITE  at SipUtilities.java:837

I have attached the sipviewer merged.xml file of the event.
Has anybody seen this before? Any sugestions on how we can solve this, or workaround the issue?
I am not a sip protocol expert, but what I see looks pretty normal to my eye. Except for the java error of course.....
