Recently i have analogous (Internal server Error at sipxbridge with similar
exeption in the log) problem.
In my case the problem occurs (as far as i can localize it) when _sip._udp
srv record points to different ip address then the a-record for the ITSP
domain.
So... just in case... i would check if
dig -t srv _sip._udp.trunk.pstnconnect.nl
and
dig -t a trunk.pstnconnect.nl
point to different ip addresses.

If yes (different), then the problem is similar to mine.
Rgds,
Nikolay.

Folks,

Since upgrading to 4.2.1 we have failed blind transfers for calls coming
from the pstn and being transferred out to the pstn again.
the logs show this message:

Exception Info Unexpected error creating INVITE at SipUtilities.java:837

I have attached the sipviewer merged.xml file of the event.
Has anybody seen this before? Any sugestions on how we can solve this, or
workaround the issue?
I am not a sip protocol expert, but what I see looks pretty normal to my
eye. Except for the java error of course.....

Thanks!
