none of those (im, presence,status) methods are supported so stop trying that.
when you added the phone to the group your group speeddials likely overwrote you r individual speeddials. uncheck "group speeddials". anytime out make a change you must send the profiles and reboot the phone to load the changes. this is how it will always work. just because there is a button there it doesn't mean you should push it.
