Totally agree on the external SBC... An Ingate 56 will handle 400 concurrent
conversations.

And no, I don't believe openACD is being used by anybody to the level you
describe.  There is a very large ACD user trialing it however and assisting
with the development.  More are welcome.  The Agent and Supervisor portals
through openUC have not begun development and the existing portals in
openACD are quite crude (though functional for the most part).  The
aforementioned ACD user is utilizing their own agent & supervisor portal /
reporting.
