Yes I feel it's like a suicide, but I'm studying different solution of Avaya
replacement per open-source solution but it looks to be complicated to have
it or not sufficiently mature

Regarding SS7 I want to keep my Volt Delta switches to handle SS7 protocol
and then just send calls to Asterisk through ISDN links.
