Just wanted to give your guys a heads up on an issue i found

if a call comes into an AA -> which then gets routed to a ACD Queue -> end
user picks up call and starts talking to the person who just called in....
if you then blind transfer the call to someones voice mail directly it will
hand up on the calling user....
i am using exchange 2010 no SP1 for voicemail... i will be checking later to
see if it does this without using Exchange UM
the blind transfer method i am using is on a polycom phone -> Transfer,
Blind, 8ext, send/dial
