i do not get the issue of transfer to voicemail with the 8 if the call does
not first come into the ACD Queue

if a call comes directly into a Hunt Group or Directly to an EXT and then i
blind transfer to 8ext it will work fine....

like i said the only time it happens for me is when the call goes to an ACD
Queue....
